Tapping Into The Right Side of the Brain, Where Intuition Lives.

We are told that we are either “right brained” or “left brained,” but the reality is that we use both sides of our brain. We may be more dominant, or have the traits of one or the other, but in order to live and survive, like most things, it is a balance.

Many of us have been conditioned to rely mostly on the left side of our brain (which is responsible for logic and analysis). When we speak of things that are not black and white, we might have been described as frivolous, silly or too emotional, and not taken seriously as a result. Research shows that there is a lot to be said about tapping into the right side of our brain, where intuition, body memory, and the subconscious lives.

Using the right side of our brain is leaning into our intuition. We can strengthen this by using visualization, releasing fear, relaxing and optimizing the physical aspect of our lives to strengthen ourselves.

Once we go into our subconscious and start using our intuition, we start relaxing. We let go of the inner (or outer) critic, and we become more creative. We start letting go and it works more and more in our favor.

Just think what this world could be if more people used the gifts given to them. We would be more fulfilled, useful, and helpful to others.

The video above is the first of a playlist I am creating, entitled "Tapping Into Our Intuition." The series is about believing in, and trusting, ourselves to live life in the most authentic and fulfilling way possible.

Tarot Card Message. Burdens, Choices, and Regret.

The three cards represent carrying a burden and having a lot of choices to pick from. Sometimes waiting for the right time and not feeling rushed is better in the long run. Waiting can be really hard when we feel pressure, but the regret of making a rash decision can be much worse.

Take your time and do what’s right for you!

Hopefully this resonates with you and helps you on your path. If someone you care about needs to see this, please pass it on.

This card is from one of my favorite decks, Golden Art Nouveau by Giulia F. Massaglia.

Tarot Card Message of the Day.

Hopefully this resonates with you and helps you on your path. If someone you care about needs to see this, please pass it on.

What is Mind Mapping?

Mind Mapping is a process of imagining your desired goal as the “trunk of a tree” and then visualizing the branches as they grow outward from the trunk as the steps needed to make it a reality.

For instance, if you choose to focus on your health, you may want to use branches of the tree to represent the following: nutrition, mental health, physical exercise, and medical advice.

As in a tree, the branches grow out further, so what do we need to do to get on a nutrition plan that will give us optimal health? If it is defining your macros, making a meal plan, and learning how to prepare and cook meals, the next set of branches would be doing the calculation for macros, designing a plan to give you the nutrients you need to adhere to your plan, and looking up recipes or taking a cooking class.

Once you get to the minute details, you can take action. This process makes things more digestible and manageable.

Please watch the video for more!

I hope this helps you on your path, and please forward to anyone you think could benefit from this video.
