Journaling - A Spiritual Pathway to Self Discovery.

The path to self discovery can be a tricky one, and yet the most fulfilling challenge we undertake. As life takes us down many roads, we get to decide on the small, and not so small, aspects to make our journey as aligned with who we are, and our dreams, as possible.

By using a journal to document our lives, make lists, ask ourselves questions, problem solve, see patterns, and collect inspiration, we gain clarity and light to what is tucked away in our hearts. It has become a spiritual outlet for me, and also amazing therapy.

It makes it easier to understand what’s happening in life, in our hearts, and where we want to go.

In this video, I offer some ideas for your journal, or soon to be journal, as I have found journaling to be a monumental part of my life journey and self discovery. I hope the video brings you creative ideas, clarity, fun, and new ways to navigate your life. The life YOU want to live.

There’s no one way to journal, and are many modalities to pick from. I use audio journaling, video journaling, journaling freehand, and chronicling.

The research shows that the creative process of journaling is good for us mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.

Daily life distracts us with an overload of stimuli, including our own internal biochemistry. Journaling creates an opportunity to settle down and set time aside for ourselves to go inward and connect to our spirit.

Please watch the video to get ideas on ways you can journal to guide you to self discovery and spiritual alignment.
